The Thing
« on: December 22, 2012, 09:12:20 PM »
I have been trying to get together some miniatures for a Thing type game. The snow troopers from my Four A miniatures range were an easy choice.Finding suitable Thing type miniatures is a harder. Not much good at converting like some others on here are.

So far I have these two miniatures and another from the Frothers collection that was out a few years back. The naked guy with leech head.I just have to find him in the lead mountain ;0.

Any other idea's for usefull miniatures?

Also hope to blag a Fort from David Drage.Checkout his blog post.

I used the old GW Horror:

Also the Outpatient from Horrorclix might be useful:

Hell Dorado Gluttons would also be rather apt..

Another great project Andrew.

Don't forget to have a look at other The Thing projects on this forum to get some ideas.

You can try Reaper Miniatures Glom too :

Some Dreamblade miniatures might be useful too, just check on Ebay.
