40mm Guild Build - Monument to the fallen
« on: July 16, 2011, 08:31:56 AM »
Monument to the fallen.

40mm base, plus a 20mm GW base, a old Citadel whatchamacallit, macthsticks and brass wire. My apolagies for not adding my usuual standard of flock but that is all packed up for the move. As are my paints, all I had for this was a dried up pot of wash, black, white, a brown and a pot of Iraqi Sand that had rolled underneath my work table. It was nice to be creative with minimalist tools though

Not specifically meant for a period or scale for that matter, but should tie in nicely with some graves that I'm doing to go with my church.

As a painter looking always on the lookout for ideas for display piece bases, I find this rather inspiring.   :)
