Continuing with the pit traps.

Spikes glued in.

Basecoat.

And six pit traps done! I didn't take any photos of the finished burned earth markers, they are just the same as those I did earlier in the blog.

The mammoth herd, I don't think I got a picture of the complete herd before.

Sidetracked by Hermann the cat.

I have aquired two more DeeZee mammoths, so I will not be using the Fenryll one, since it just don't look good with the others. I need to paint them, but it is fairly fast to do.

And I am waiting for a shipment of laser cut bases for the mammoths, hopefully they will arrive in time.

That cat must think it has a friend in that beard of yours. :)

Usually it is one of our guineapigs who tries to hide in my beard, the cat is not that interested in the beard  ;D

Lovely Herd of Mammoth and the pit traps look great

Thanks.

unfortunately I won't manage to have the boards ready, it is a problem with money and transportation (to get the material I need), so it will be a brown cloth over the tables for this time.

But hoepfully all the painted mammoths and cavemen will make up for it...

Oh, I think it is not so unusual, but maybe here on LAF... you should try the lost world safari or cavewars yahoo groups, there is plenty of mammoths, cavemen, dinosaurs and the like :D

I just can't believe how many different minis manufacturers make mammoths.  :D
