I print mine on the Windows standard setting of 'wallet' which puts 9 on a page. Not perfect but adequate.

So, they are printed somewhat smaller than the actual pixel size?
Ask at the LAF, and answer shall thy be given!

Game on tomorrow!  8)

Here's the table layout as I made it this morning (have moved the dunes since then) - from the heroes' perspective:

And from the necropolis (Mummy Sorcerer will set up in the ruined mastaba - or whatever the pieces are supposed to represent):

I need rocks and cliffs!  :-I

Looking good :)

And, yes, the cards come out smaller than intended but still ok. The final versions will probably get printed at work from a pdf which will keep them the correct size but if not it doesn't matter.

What I was thinking, when asking that question was, that it would be great, if all CROM! players had cards in the same size - that way you can bring your cards and minis (and dice) to conventions/gatherings/friends' homes and set up a quick game on whatever table/terrain is available  :)

It is my intention to go to Horisont this fall, and if everything gets ready and the scenario tuned, I might bring this CROM! scenario for people to try out (I have some serious skeleton re-basing to do before then, but it would be worth it)  :D

Good idea, once everything is finalised the card template will be available as a pdf and then will print the correct size so everyone's cards will be the same. I would like to provide a set of generic pre-printed cards but this will likely prove unfeasible with the cost of artwork etc.

I'm looking forward to the report of your game.

Somewhat late, but still we hacked and slashed (and for the triumphant Dwarf, RAN) throught the whole scenario - which needs a little tampering and more testing, but proved entertaining.

Shall start writing up a report with lots of pics tomorrow afternoon/evening.

I re-arranged a bit before actual game, but that will show in the report  :)

I've decided that I'll repaint the statues and the equally lightly coloured temple columns to - not match exactly - but resemble the aquarium pieces more; an equivalent to GW Dark Flesh, then build up with the same colours again. Should give better definitions.

I also dug out a bunch of Egyptian resin-pieces that needs  painting... among those an exact match for the Sphinx - just not hollow (from Fenris - can be used as 'pre-German archaeologist dynamite excavation' versin, while the aquarium piece is then the blown-up version, from where scarabsm scorpion-kings, or other pulp goodness may emerge  lol ).

Shall remenber to post some pics - and report progress on them, as well as rocks and cliffs for a more Valley of the Kings-like appearance, which I think will be my next terrain-building project (I shall allso need a bunch of pieces from Grendel, but then I think I'll be good for quite some games set in both Mythic and inter-war Egypt (actually, any time-period.. or Stargate  ;) )

More pics than text - and not really a lot this time, but still...

Must sleep early today - this 'Dauerregen' is killing me slowly  :'(

That Europet Bernina scenery really brings a table to life.  :)

Yup, got the pieces a couple of years ago from a British web store - which has, btw, lots of nice plastic plants, too, just waiting for my VISA  >:D

Now I'm off to bed - have to let my eldest daughter tug in in our bed, I think... she's all winded(?) up over something inexplicable...

Enjoyed the AAR.
There are so many ideas one could come with for games.
Many time periods could be played with the terrain you have.
Look forward to seeing more adventures.
