Starting point for Deadlands?

Hey guys, after a long time away from playing any games & only painting some friends & I want to start playing Deadlands (unless there is a better weird west game, if so please let me know ). My question is what is a good starting point/rulebook? Google searches get you a lot of results so I figured I would put it to the experts. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Savage Worlds as a core system, then Deadlands Reloaded books. They also have PDFs of the classic books.

Just to double check, are you wanting to play an RPG or a miniatures game? Both are possible.

Miniatures game, is there a difference in the system that you use?

I use modified Savage Worlds 'Showdown' rules. They're a cut down version of the RPG rules for miniatures gaming. It means you can essentially 'port' anything from the Deadlands: Reloaded rpg onto the tabletop.

I've got the first set but use Savage orlds and 2nd ed (the pdf copy), I do this because in the first rules hero have more character.
