My late entry (almost) to the LPL8

Bill, since your second 'entry' is spaceships - and very nice they are too - I'm shifting this thread out of 'Medieval Adventures' into 'Workbench'.
There's nowhere quite right for such a 'teams-not-in-the-LPL' assembly. I assume it will cross several genres over the coming weeks, so Workbench is probably as good a repository as any.
(Hammers, if you disagree, feel free to move to somewhere more appropriate  )

I was going to PM you this morning to perhaps do this very thing as I realized it belonged somewhere else but I was unsure as to where or how to put it! I knew one of you would come to the rescue

Just jumped here from 'Future Wars', where the link to the GZG ships post was locked.

Obviously, I don't get to the Workbench NEAR enough. Awesome grouping, especially with the bases and their 'folded space'. 

I think you seen me as uber-FT-fanboy on TMP, but don't get near the opportunity on LAF. Thanks for sharing the passion!

A friend painted up his CMD Neu Swabians in a similar, yet darker, scheme. His crosses were re-purposed WWI fighter decals.

He gifted them to me; I really need to get them back on the table.

Thanks everyone for the kind replies but I think I'm going to "quit beating the Dead Horse" here.... Going through the work and trouble to complete the LPL8 when I'm not really in it is starting to look silly! I have a lot of other things I could be doing and I think that's the best in the long run... Perhaps LPL9 next year!

I awhile back promised to do more "how to" or "how I did it" articles for the workbench and I will re-promise to go there instead of stringing this out.... I have half an article done so it should not be long....

Don't fret Binman there will still be mini's from time to time! and more!  just not in this out of the way spot. They can now appear in their proper category. I'm about to post some how to stuff.
