Fenris Apex Investigators Arrived - Hurrah!
« on: August 26, 2011, 06:23:51 PM »
After a bit of a wait and some setbacks, I finally received my Apex Investigators - Series I from Fenris Games in the mail today. These are fantastic figs indeed. Mark Kay has done an amazing job on the sculpts, and I'm hoping he's doing more for Series II.

For my patience as a pre-order customer, Ian has thrown in a Cthulu-esque tentacled shoggy of some kind too!

I'm all giddy inside.  :D

Wrong Mark - 'twas Evans that did these

Actually Mark Kay and Evans are the same chap. I used to chat with Mark via email when he was "Kay" and then for some reason he changed his last name. Same email, same sculpts, different last name. Why? Who knows.

I have also ordered a set of these, and I'll be very keen to see them when they get here. I can't say I was one of the un(?)fortunates to pre-order, but so far the service has been great. I'll be looking forward to seeing what everyone does with them.

Yes indeed. Fenris gives first rate service. I've had the same from their eBay shop as well.
