A Return to Bickley Towers - The West
« on: August 31, 2011, 09:36:33 PM »
In the afternoon we had a four way game set in the town of Incontinence, but, luckily, it was the dry season.

We all had a base to defend and a team to defend it and capture an opponent's base.  Dave was the Judge, Jon was the sheriff, Phil was the Mexicans and I had the cowboys.

Incontinence

My cowboys

Phil's Mexicans

Jon's sheriff

A real Mexican standoff, after several rounds of combat noone was even injured

The Lone Ranger made a brief appearance at the end.

Dave's deceased team

Great looking town, where are the buildings from?  :-*

Are the cactus home made?

What rules set are you using?

The buildings are all handmade, the rules were a modified version of Astounding Tales and, yes, the undertaker was busy but almost all of his customers were lawmen........  :D

I made all the buildings, bar one which was a gift from my chum Dave Paddock and was made by Herb Gundt at HGWalls ~ I had an article about making them in an issue of WI back in the day.
The cactus are commercial metal casts, lord knows from where/whom now, painted green and coated in PVA and then dipped in static grass.
The herse is an old GW one I think, slightly modified, and yes, the undertaker was busy with dead lawmen....

That is a really lovely looking table.

Ficou marcado na história
