Is it me, or is this site suddenly seeing lots and lots of new members?

Now, don't get me wrong, I'm very happy to see more top chaps (and lassies) popping by, and it seems that LAF is finally getting the recognition it deserves.

So congrats to one and all for one of the most friendly sites this side of Totnes (form an orderly circle for some mutual backslapping - except James of course, due to that thing he has going on with E45).

well, for some reasons there are lots of people more joining this site! :)

But actually i'm not shure about the real number: for shure there are many people introducing themself, but that's not the same!


Anyway,... more people means more comments and more works, that's great!

You may note that many of us "newbies" are already familiar with one another...without going into specifics (which would be ungentlemanly), you may jump to some fairly obvious conclusions. Some of us are looking for a new "home" for our hobby, others of us are simply discovering new friends and resources.

I think it's appalling, all these foreigners coming over here, taking our thread space! I only read the LAF, so I’ve no idea what’s going on on other forums. Some kind of civil disturbance? I’ve always thought this forum needed more protectionist policies!  ::)
