Re:Mississippi those are old Deadlands Great Rail Wars miniatures, you may have a tricky time finding them though since http://www.jeffvalentstudios.com/ seems to be downsizing at the moment. They were a range of rough, oversized miniatures but they had great character to them, hope they pop up again.

I'll have to paint some swatches for the colours since I've been using a bunch of house paint sample pots for painting terrain.
