Zombie-Apocalypse Survivors
« on: September 16, 2011, 05:57:57 AM »

Well okay, the guy crouching down in the middle isn't a survivor...

I've been wanting to create the Left 4 Dead survivors for a long time.  I've seen (and enjoyed) the work that others have done, so I figured it was time for me to give it a go.
Francis started out as an EM4 Future Skirmish Biker figure.  I had to file off his beard, ponytail and chest hair(!).
Zoey is a Reaper miniature called "Joplin" - No conversion needed!
The Hunter is a crouching ghoul from Black Cat Bases.
Bill started out as an Assault Group U.S. Delta in Civilian Clothes figure.  I had to greenstuff-sculpt a beret for him, and add a cigarette made from a piece of paperclip.
Louis started out as a Hasslefree figure called Ken (a cop).  I had to file off some of the patches/badges, but that was about it.
Now that I have the gang put together, I'm ready to try them out in an All Things Zombie game or two.  That's all for now.  Enjoy!

(P.S. I no longer have our high-dollar camera so I had to make do with the cell-phone camera. Sorry!)

Just a Post-Apocalyptic Dad, trapped in a Pre-Apocalyptic world...

Really good.

And I second: That last pic is just great.

Thanks for sharing.
I know you're too old to play with toy soldiers. So give them to me... NOW!

High quality, low quality. It still looks great! any planes to make a tank or any other ZEDs?

Looking great, I love the set up, and like everyone else is saying, the last picture is the best, and have a "movie-feel" about it.

Nice job.  For a second there I thought the survivor in the middle had decided to turn the tables on the zombies and eat one.  If you can't beat 'em.....
