Personally I think 20mm is the best scale - for most things, but especially anything WWII based. It's cheap, it scales nicely and yet the minis are big enough to have personality, unlike 15mm.
(I also play WWWII with 20mm)

I have a full TO&E company of WWII British that will be the Cape Breton Highlanders from Plastic Soldier Company.
Their T-34s and MkIVs are pretty decent tooNow if they would get out the 72nd scale British and German support weapons sets and the US infantry, life would be slicker than deer guts on a doorknob!
