My painted THreshold & Lurkers
« on: October 04, 2011, 02:11:59 AM »
**Shameless Plug**

I thought I'd put a notice up here that my blog update this week focuses on Strange Aeons. I didn't put photos up of everything I have painted, but the models shown do represent about 80% of my painted Strange Aeons models.

The link is at: http://imaginarywars.wordpress.com/2011/10/03/birthday-fallout/

My post is aimed more for those who already frequent my blog (Warhammer, 40k and War of the Ring players mostly), so I really handle Strange Aeons as though the person reading it has never heard of the game (because, thanks to who generally comes to my blog, they quite likely never have heard of it!).

Still, I think there's enough of the painted models to be of interest to established SA players.

Not bad at all, bit more highlighting unless the camera's killed what's already there.

Thanks for the compliments!

As for highlighting: the lights in my gaming area are a little on the harsh side and eradicate a lot of the highlights--just ask Uncle Mike: he's seen them in person and they look noticeably better than they do in the photos.

Sigh...one day I'll own a proper camera....and lighting!

I don't know anything abour Strange Aeons, but your miniatures and terrain are really nice. Thanks for sharing.
