I used to be of that opinion particularly with FPS games but I've been much happier with my console after I gave it a proper chance. My xbox has done me well for several years now and will see me for another couple of years at least, and cost under £200 with superb graphics and processing. I refuse to calculate how much a PC used to cost me to keep up at a relevant gaming spec but a friend of mine recently bought a new graphics card for over £150 to replace the one he bought just over 2 years ago at £120, not including memory upgrades etc in the interim or future... You know what, the appearance of his games on his screen isn't particularly superior to his xbox connected to the TV through an HDMI cable and costs vastly more.

That said, comand and resource management style games can only be played on the PC. They truly suck on consoles.
So many projects..... so little time.......

I'd like to give this one last push, the file is still up and if anyone wants to grab it, add me on Steam and send me a PM here and I'll send you the link :)

Cherno. Are you still offering those maps? They look fantastic.
I do have both L4D and L4D 2 on Steam too. :-)

Yes, they are still available for all who own one of the L4D games.

Just add me on steam and I'll upload em and send you the link. Please also send me a PM cuz I rarely run steam these days ;)

So if I take a picture of my gamertag on my Xbox with my l4d and L42 achievements and email you are you going to be able to share these?

Thanks.

No, it has to be a photo that depicts the following:

- You
- A loaf of bread on your head
- You do the Karate Kid stance
- You wear blackface
- the L4D DVD is balanced on the tip of your nose
- You hold a copy of the Pitcairn Islands Times in your hand, with the date clearly visible

(Pic clickable)

Alternatively, you could just keep asking and sooner or later I will relent :P

For the person who asked for Deus Ex: Human Revolution floorplans, I looked into it today but sadly there is no Software Development Kit or any mod tools available, so this is not possible. Which is really a shame, because it is pretty much the only cyberpunk-style FPS of the last several years (the Syndicate remake notwithstanding).

Anyway, the other stuff featured in this thread is still up for grabs, I made a composite image with a few of the floorplans I made, note that this image is at about 5% of it's original size at 300 DPI, the actual pdf files are high quality with great detail.
