I have been thinking of buying KGN!!
But can it be played with 28mm miniatures??

Not sure, but currently half price at WH.  Like most rules, the main issue is distance, easily adjusted.

It can. Most rulesets are miniatures-size polivalents. Even FoW can be gamed with other than 15mms! At least is what I plan to do, if I ever decide myself to give FoW a try again! In that case I will use 10mm.
