While not lead, Calvinball certainly is adventurous. I a few games for some friends on Friday.

i keep on thinking i should make some calvin figures, but given bill watersons reasons for never selling the rights i don't think i ever will

Nils, I tried to post on your site, but it won't let me. I don't have any of the accounts.

The real key to the game is the rule change cards. Can you print them up some time?

The game was a lot of fun. Thanks for putting it on. Have you thought about figure substitutes? How about miniatures for the balls and props?

I will be making the rules & cards available in a while. I only have a printed copy of the rules right now, so need to transcribe them into an electronic format.

The nicer set of cards was made on my home printer by printing the front & back of the card on adjacent print-yourself business cards, & then folding them in half & glue sticking them together. That made for a nice thick card.

The set you played with was just the cards printed on paper & glued down to light cardstock.

Skrapwelder offered to help cast up the items on the table, but figure they're sufficient for now. I would like to find appropriate figures, but Calvin & Hobbes are so iconic that it'd be tough to find something good enough.

Okay, I am not acquainted with his reasons... are they in print/online? I alsways like to know why people reject the obvious "cultural temptation" to license everything for profit. I like profit, I just don't think it's a God/god.
