No the Painting League is over I can post some more pics of my Halloween entry.  :) (I would have posted them earlier but I wasn't able to get another team painted before the end of the League! :()

I'll post the WIP shots first so you can see how they were constructed.

Werewolf:

Chicken:

Ghost:

Death:

Scarecrow:

The original plan for these Orcs was that they would be photographed in a purpose-built terrain piece for the Halloween round of the League. But when it was time to submit the photo the Pumpkin Patch still looked like this:

But I finally got round to finishing it!

It's the great pumpkin, Charlie Brown  :o  :)

Lovely work on the patch; what happens to those Orcs now - do they get a whole regiment of spooky mates? Or are they a-heading for warband adventuring?

 To be honest I think they will probably sit on a shelf until just before Halloween 2008, when they might get five new mates!

I have used them once in a game - but only because it was a case of "bring everything!" because it was a larger points value than I normally play.

The Pumpkin Patch will see a lot of use though!

Long holiday then. Poor chaps, Orcs get bored easily. Looking forward to seeing the patch featuring elsewhere - I don;t think I;d ever seen a model one.  8)
