I'm trying to find my way back to enjoying the hobby I think...

So I've dug out some of my old models from Games Workshop and started painting them. Weird how "evil empire" stuff always ends up getting painted around here.

Ah, what fun stuff! Really like the demonically-possessed Vindy, and those hazard stripes on the chainswords look very nice, too.

Plenty more on the way. Thinking about perhaps even doing some terrain. I like the old "we're punks.. in armour!"-approach so I'll probably make a burger bar, some Marine Police (as Pil) and other weird stuff. If I get around to it.

Love the Obliteraors and the Vindicator is beautiful. I Might have to borrow the eye idea for a Vindicator of my own. Proxy-tested a Vindicator in a 40k game last week and it was pretty effective.

I can see the Toy Story Influence but its the whole upper half rather than the head.

Great but creepy.

I managed to finish a little more Chaos. A squad of nurgle. It'll be fighting alongside my Nightlords.

I tried to paint them in a dirty John Blanche inspired way, but manageable for unit size games... I hope it's not too shabby.

At 35 pts a piece excluding wargear cards and heroes a unit like this is almost half an army!
