Part of a long haul commission of figures for gaming the Sinai, Palestine and Syria campaign. The client wishes to base these himself.

A CANADIAN local hobby store with a small selection of historical wargames miniatures (mainly from Warlords). They also have a great selection of paint and hobby accessories from Vallejo, Army painter, AK Interactive, Green Stuff World and more.; https://www.kingdomtitans.ca/us/

These chaps are the standard Great War Miniatures B109 British Staff Officers with a suitable colour scheme for tropical dress.

what's the coat & trouser recipes?

Hi Keith,
Tunics are VMC Khaki Grey highlighted up with either VMC Stone Grey or VMC Beige. Breeches are VMC Desert Yellow, VMC Dark Sand and VMC Pale Sand. The Burberry Trench Coat is basically VMC Beige, washed with a mid brown, Beige again and Beige plus white for highlights.

If anyone is interested, I've put together a "Tommies in Hot Places" painting guide. Drop me a PM with your email address and I'll send you on a PDF copy. IT IS FREE....... you don't get much of that these days!

Mark

Thanks for the "Tommies in Hot Places" PDF, even those of us who use different paint systems should find it useful!

Truly lovely work.

I'd also be very interested in the Painting guide if that is available at all!

Many thanks, Goat.

I've emailed you a copy. Goat. Should be in your hotmail inbox.

Perhaps I should say to all that the painting guide helps produce something like this:
