"Fright Night" Halloween Wargame 10/29/2011
« on: November 04, 2011, 07:18:21 PM »
I put on a wargame at historical Fort Steliacom, WA on Saturday night 10/29/2011. I wanted to thank Lawrence for allowing us to use the facility and Damon Crump (author of Patrol WWII wargaming rules) for his help. In addition, I want to thank all of those who attended and especially Adrian Nelson aka Rassilon for the follwoing blog;

I hope you enjoy!!!!!

Very much!

Nearest restored fort is a bit of jog, but worth thinking of as a venue! Of course, on the plains, I'd have to consider Pony Wars. No one doing that locally, currently...

Is this a first? Intentions of repeating next year?

Doug

Doug,

We do plan to do "Fright Night" again next years, but with some of the responses we have received it will be alot bigger next year as long as Lawrrence allows to use the venue. 8)

We also have a wargaming one day event called "Fixed Bayonets" that we do at the fort in September.

Thanks for your comments.

Bruce
