End of the year already, and the last Crooked Dice miniatures of 2011.

You can take the girl out of space, but you can't take the space out of the girl. OK, that metaphor lost it half way through, but ARC Astronaut Melody Lake is just as action packed out of her space suit. Valiantly posed armed with a fierce looking pistol, she also has an alternate hand with her Photonic Spanner. She just takes ages to do her hair in the mornings. Sculpted by Shane Hoyle.

And at the opposite end of the usefulness spectrum is William Killan, May Killan's other half. His heart is in the right place, which is handy considering his day job as a nurse. Apart from that he's more hapless than fearless, although when in danger he will try and overcome any dangers to get back to the woman he loves. Aaww… Sculpted by Ian Mountain.

Thanks very much to Shane and Ian for the awesome work on the sculpts and Simon of Stone Cold Lead fame for the painting. Cheers guys, we love them!

These miniatures are planned for a 1st December release, priced at £4 each or as a deal for £7 for the pair.

Lovely sculpts, cracking paint jobs to show them off... oh, I want these so much! :-*

Damn... my worldly possessions are in storage right now and not coming out to play until the spring. Lead withdrawal symptoms... >:(

Really brilliant, the shirt is outstanding. An other league of painting. Do some painting-tutorials, so we can all learn from you...

I can't take any credit - these were painted by Simon Bradley (stone cold lead on this forum I think) - who continues to amaze.

Ok, wish for 2012: The 7TV-Paint-Tutorial by Simon Bradley. With step by step pictures. That would be nice...
