I guess they would almost work as the newest light-cycles from the recent film but I think the cockpit area would need to be filled to attempt to recreate the originals...

...I guess I have finished the second squad of them:

Once I have finished the platoon, I will have one spare sgt...I am thinking of painting that one in the Akira colours and converting a civvy rider...but then again...the Tron idea is pretty cool...decisions, decisions  ???

And here I always thought Kenada was that country to the north  ::)

Very cool bikes.
Like a lot of folks I'm sorely lacking in Void/Urban War minis.
Though I just bought some Junkers.

Who makes those nice lozenge bases?

The bases came from GW in a base pack (I know...I'm not proud) but there are plenty of resin ones available out there.

Also always liked those bikes - only lack of time and finished futuristic gaming projects had me not buying them...

Well... I'll probably have a lot of time on my hands to dig into the lead and plastic piles after January 31.... Maybe I'll even get some of my many projects finished  lol

I've just prepared the third and final squad of bikes ready for paint :).  It is always nice to take a little time away from running projects to chill out with a bit of flash removal, drilling and pinning!

That's 4 more bikes ready for paint and the start of this months quota of bikes for the Void1.1 challenge/project.

Once this squad is done, I just need to paint the commander and the Viper Wing platoon will be ready for varnishing :).
