Deadlands question...
« on: February 10, 2012, 06:28:51 AM »
I'm not having much luck with Google. I want to know for modeling purposes is there a set number of Hanging Judges? I seem to remember it was 5-6 but I may be thinking of something else  ::).... Any help is always appreciated.
I am looking for the following Deadlands minis:  Shotgun Thug, Lost Soul, Cleaners, Railroad Workers & Feral Dead. If you have any of these minis, or if you are one, please send me a PM.

I think it's seven but give me just a sec and I'll go check the books.

Edit: I was wrong, there are 5. I can dig for their names if you need them?

That would be great! Don't go out of your way but if you happen to find them shoot me a PM. Thanks  :)!

Here you go names and 'canon' info. Obviously use and disregard what you wish:

Hiram Jackson, the original and ringleader while they were alive. Dresses entirely in black including the Hood, uses the traditional twin bladed-pistols. Also has the ability to create 'lessor judges' by hanging a corrupt lawman or judge, can summon a judge (of either type) to his side in battle.

Cyrus Call, charismatic man who could whip crowds into a lynch mob very quickly. Wears an impressive heavy black cloak over the rest of his outfit and carries a sawed off doublebarrel shotgun. Always accompanied by a posse of vetaran Walking Dead.

Luther Kirby, legal specialist who found the loopholes etc that allowed the judges to claim all the lands owned by hanged 'outlaws'. Wears a dark brown, shoulder length cowl and carries the traditional twin pistols. (His ability is about issuing legal statements etc which shake people and freeze them to the spot, irrelevant to a model). He is shorter than the others by several inches.

Moses Moore, gave the group respectability due to him being a confedarate war-hero. He's a skilled cavalry man and always appears mounted on a pure black stallion. He's the best gunfighter of the group and wears a dusty old confederate uniform. His hood goes over his head and hat/cap.

Marcus Lafayette, the muscle, and held a lot of local power so the others brought him into the fold so as to not have to face him. Acted as an enforcer. Stands nearly 7' tall and powerfully built, he carried the twin pistols but his don't have blades. Instead he carries an axe handle wrapped in barbed wire. Frenzies when attacked.

Hope that's of some help :)
