Very nice, sir! Is Mr Brown a Foundry figure, too?

All the figures look great.
Really love the tartan on Mr. Brown.

Thanks - ah yes, from the Foreigners pack:

Actually, all three of those would work in a VSF setting. Hmm....

EDIT - bought them. Shouldn't drink and web-surf, eh?

Lovely, Jolly!
I'm a bit concerned with the amount of fire arms though, Victorian London is the USA of today ;)

Cant find the link for it, but in a rather famous bankrobbery over in UK, the policemen that gave chase on the robbers, was lent several firearms from the public, whom of some also gave armed chase alongside the Police... :D

So all in all, I wouldnt underestimate the general notion that carrying something or the other for self preservation was unheard of.  ;)

Luvely figures and paint, BTW... :-*

I think the event you're thinking of had something to do with the Seige of Sydney Street... if my memory serves me, some time previously, some (?Lithuanian) anarchists had attempted an armed 'expropriation' and were being pursued by several policemen, who indeed borrowed firearms from passers-by. maybe this was about 1908, or maybe 1911. Something like that. I have a feeling guns were a lot more common on the streets before maybe the 1920s than people realise.

I think this is the right board for them, but please shift them if they'd be more comfortable in the VSF section or something.

Works well in both, methinks, and such fine effort would shine in either. There are so many things about this forum I prefer to TMP, but this item makes the cross-posting option almost worthwhile. Almost, but, with some dreck that gets spread hither-and-yon, not quite.

By the way, trying a new avatar for a bit. Grandchildren were telling my daughter a story, where they were saving her from the evil wizard. Me. Had to try it out. ;->=

Nice miniatures and paint jobs. Really tempted to purchase these models myself. I better start slamming some cocktails.  :)

And thanks again, chaps.  :)

I thought these few minis would scratch my gothic itch, but it's ony made it worse. Have plans for a few more now...  ::)
