Looking for Fallout boats
« on: January 01, 2012, 07:29:20 PM »
Does anyone know of a good source of 28mm boats that look like the ones you find all over Lake Mead in new Vegas and the rivers in Fallout 3? I'd like to get a couple for my river and for ocean/lakeside games, and I cannot find them.  My Google fu has failed.

If you wanted something a little bigger these might look nice painted in sickly green rust Fallout style:-

Or perhaps a river boat Point Lookout style?

No Point Lookout for me - I have built enough riverboats for colonial games.  I do like the thread, but I am looking for the larger boats - not that I can find a bloody picture of them anywhere - that have a cabin, and are inevitably sunken.  That 20's launch is a good possibility...

They're tugboats according to the vault :

Actually, no, I think it is the one referred to as a leisure boat, and of course, it has no photo.

This one?

Screen capture for the win! That is exactly it.  I don't have it on PC, or I would have just done that. And that Ainsty one looks promising.
