Newbie from Devon, UK
« on: January 03, 2012, 11:53:22 PM »
Hi All,

I'm Andy, from near Exeter in Devon, UK.

Used to role play a fair bit, mostly dungeons and dragons, but that was many moons ago.

Interested in all sorts of War gaming and miniature collecting / painting, mostly Doctor Who at the moment.

I've looked around and have hardly scratched the surface on this site, but I can see there are some seriously talented people on here.

I'm looking forward to learning from you all.

Cheers,

Andy

Greetings and salutations, Andy.  The Devon contingent does seem to be rather prominent on LAF, which is weird given what a sparsely populated county it is.  Maybe the government is conducting top secret tests which involves the dumping of large quantities of chemicals into the region's water supplies?  Having met my fair share of Devonian gamers my bet is firmly on LSD or some other mind-bending drug.

Did someone mention pubs...?  And I thought Malamute was teetotal!

I guess the chemicals dumped into the water by the government would have to include;

Scones, jam, cream, beer, pewter, lead, silicone and lots of paint!  :P

Might explain a few things around here!

Thanks again for the welcomes guys.
