Iron Clouds @MilanoWargames 2014
« on: February 23, 2014, 06:37:04 PM »
Hi there! today was an exciting day, we had a LOT of preparation but the MilanoWargames was a success!

Some more photos on my website www.thelazyforger.com
And even more (including some of myself!) in my facebook page! https://www.facebook.com/thelazyforger (and don't forget to Like!)

We had a lot of PR, but we are still looking for a producer for our game. the ruleset is still WIP but there's enough to show. They suggested us NorthStar for producing our fast-growing line of ships and the ruleset itself... anyone here having a contact with them?

Ah, and we are looking for betatesters!!!

cheers
Jack

You could try Osprey Publishing, they could be looking for a new ruleset for their popular Wargames Series.

Looks absolutely dashing Jack!  :o

When will you have some ships for us to order or do we have to wait for a producer to take hold of the product line?

Love the visual effect you have achieved with this, great idea to use the clock cogs for bases.

i wrote to them (i know the author of Fistful of Kung Fu and he told me good stuff about them!) but they actually didn't even reply! Anyone there knowing them? Anyone that could just "poke" them!

I'm afraid i can't manage to produce enough models to sell them, so i will definitely need a producer before "spreading" the game. I'm also going to leave for Canada in three weeks, and it's an almost-permanent move, so... that's definitely not a good moment to start a business for me! I need someone taking the whole thing in bulk! :)

thanks guys!
Jack

You can try to PM him through this forum. Phil Smith, the commissioning editor, is on Lead adventure forum. Username: Smith

I know Too Fat Lardies also has a "help you publish your stuff" program - or they did as of a year or two ago.  Worth a write to them.

What all would you need for a beta tester?  I have some buddies who do a lot of VSF stuff and might be up for building some home-made nef's.  I could see if they're interested (they do art for various games, and have helped playtest/design a handful of games such as Fireball Forward etc.).
