In refrigerators. You've got to keep the doors closed, though.

I've base coated it, though unfortunately the paint bound the hinges of the rear door. So I've had to peal them off and am currently rebuilding them. I'll show more pictures when they're done.

I'd love to show more pictures unfortunately the hinges on the rear door are causing me a real headache and I've had to remake them at least 6 times already. The solvent in the spray painting coupled with the plastic bag which I sprayed it on (dumb idea btw) has damaged part of it, so that needs remodelling.
To say a headache not the least and I've almost abandoned it several times and would  have done again of you hadnt been clamouring for an update - so Thankyou.

Can I add my voice to the clamour? Just in case there's a ratio of clamour-to-frustration that needs to be kept in positive balance?

Honestly you've no idea how many plastic bottles, tubes, caps, widgets, air-fresheners, dispensers of various medicines, parts of fans and smoke alarms and other stuff my girlfriend insists on referring to as 'bits of old crap'  ::) I have lying around. Demonstrating to her that it is possible to turn such items into works of art such as your frieghter is the only way I can get away with it!

Please please persevere, it's a gorgeous construction and I'd love to see it completed.

Well seventh time lucky. The hinges finally work, plus I think they look better than any of the other attempts so that's nice. I've also repaired that broken bit of the hull that got damaged by the spray painting. Any here it is primed and ready for the first coat of 'proper' paint.
Duncan

Door open:

Door closed and a view of the hinge. Made from plastic rod through a plastic tube, some parts glues to the door others to the hull.

And a view from the front in all it's primed glory:
