The K&C figures are 54mm, so even if under scaled I'd still have thought it a bit on the large scale for 28mm...

       If your seeking a fort, Paul Darnell of 'touching History' makes a nice wood fort and often has one for sale. Not got his direct link im afraid but someone on here will have.

Not sure about that one, James I was just wondering about scale, I think I would prefer wood one for my Germania project. Something like that would be exactly what I need:
