To OP Rob_Jedi: airbrush or hand-painted/dry-brushing washes etc.?

Great looking town, I can see you having some great battles there.

Really like the frame for the under construction house. Was that scratch built or a kit?

Best use of lasercut models I've seen. They seem to avoid all the pitfalls that usually make similar items stand out as such (unrealistic joins for the walls, general flatness). I may have to get some of these. ;D

Greetings

gosh  :-* are those pictures gorgeous.

If there is one thing which disturbs me a little, then it is the fact every building is the same height

Even the signs have the same width and height. A little diversity would have been great. And perhaps one or two two or more stories buildings. But that's just me.   ;) :D

Your work is still outstanding and fabulous.
Thank you a lot for showing
Jo

Thanks for all the compliments everyone, glad everyone likes it. Also thanks for the feedback, keep it coming.

To answer a few questions:

The signs are all lasercut and they can make custom ones too. Fair point they are all the same size though, may try mixing that up a bit.

The under construction building is also a kit.

The painting was mostly all by hand. I did try to airbrush the saloon a bit but then went over it with washes. The undertakers was done by my friend and had the main colour section airbrushed in. My method was more lots of washes and dirty shading then paint in the trim and drybrush that a bit before more washes and lining all the panel lines. You can see lots of WIP stuff on my blog

The all the same height thing is one of the drawbacks of using kits and trying to have them fit in the same style packaging I guess, though there are 4 different types of 1 story building, the flat roof one has a shorter frontage so it can mix it up a bit, plus there is a stepped front on another one.
