I'm considering the Mahûd for tribesmen of the Black Kingdoms, or Darfari cannibals maybe.

I hadn't seen that half-troll before, but now I already have plans to convert it into a big, fat human warrior. I think a simple head swap ought to do it. The arms are a bit long, but that could work to my favour.
