Another year, another stupid project. And a stupid project based on a really stupid idea.
The background is that I'm extremely pennywise sometimes, and usually for the wrong reasons (morale high ground being the top reason), so I only bought one sheet of mdf for a gaming table which is 60x60cm (2x2 feet for you old folks). But I got this brilliant plan, or let's call it a flash of genius, and decided to buy two ordinary sheets of styrofoam (you know the white one which is extremely cheap). However, I got this plan of doing my board modular and basically filling the board with 4 pieces of 30 by 30 cm styrofoam. In my mind this would enable me to create a lot of scenarios if I just plan the build on beforehand (I shudder at the thought though).
But, the main issue is to actually cut the sheets perfectly. And I know of only one method and that is so painstakingly slow.
How do you guys do?
