F&IW Raid in the wilds (Brink of Battle AAR)
« on: March 07, 2012, 09:42:20 AM »
This is something of a follow up to the Brink of Battle review. This particular battle report shows the smallest possible game, and I picked "Early Modern" period to play it as a French Indian War skirmish.

A small group of French Marines are performing a raid on a British colonial trading post. Their goal is to drive away the defenders and torch the place.

Thanks guys, I'm trying to book some of my friends to play a proper 500point game which should be twice the size and hopefully include some scalping action as well  lol

Just to let you know, we have added the Reference Playsheet for Brink of Battle at our website www.brinkofbattle.com in the Resources section.

You can see a number of important items on there, such as turn sequence, full list of Standard & Combat Action, as well as the cribsheet for Firearms of all 3 periods.
