I've just seen this thread - as an occasional visitor to 'these shores' - so hope you don't mind my contribution.

RE JimBibbly's question on figures on the table at the game last year - about 180 English (plus Darrell's 50 odd), and about 300 Scots & French (these are ignoring the command vignettes and those figures milling within the town walls and in the encampment.

re the laser-cut palisades to fit the Hudson and Allen walls, I think this would be a great idea to enhance the castings (in effect what John Boadle did for me). Just FYI I recall that Ben at Vatican Enterprises (who owns the H&A moulds) was having some wooden laser cut ones done for him. He sent me pics of the first test peices. Regrettably I failed to save them and they got lost with all my emails when my old PC died  IIRC they were for one of the towers? Looking on the Vatican site today I can't see them available.
