I know at least two of the Brits are Empress, because I have them.

The wagon set and whipboy I do not know, but would like to. Foundry, I am guessing.

You are exactly right, the Brits are Empress. The wagon and drovers are from the now OOP Foundry set, though I swapped the original oxen for some Front Rank moos.
