Perry "Red Lancers" with a different paint scheme. Some of the finer details are not quite correct, but on a tabletop I think they would pass.

A question.... these chaps spent a lot of their time attached to the Guard. When I get round to the command figures, the standard bearer on these Perry Red Lancers is carrying an Eagle. Now... did the Berg Lancers carry something similar.... after all the letter "N" appears on the plate on the headgear.... or is a "spearhead" in the pole more appropriate?

They look fabulous. I especially admire the clean work around the Czapka, as this is what one sees of the miniature most of the time anyway.
