Yes I would agree, black man with a horn is one of my favorite Cthulhu stories. I spent a long time trying to work out how to do tcho tcho and went for the delta green styling, but I have some ideas I might try at some point for 1920's style.

There's a good, fairly recently released collection that contains Black Man With A Horn; 'The Book Of Chtulhu' published by Night Shade Books, (nightshadebooks.com) edited by Ross E. Lockhart.
