Tonight we had our next CiC-get-together.
We where 4 players on 2 tables.

Lots of fun and great dicerolling and aaah some good redwine... :D

I was again too confused to take any ingame-pics, but anyway I show you the pics I did take...

Setup of table 1:

A closeup of my new windmill.

Table 2 and the cool houses by Tom W.

And here the warbands how were gamed.

French Hunters. Lost both games due to very unlucky dicerolling.

Gypsies. Won everything due to very lucky dicerolling.

Tom's cool vampirehunters (british), fantasticly painted, sorry for the dim light.

And my Nosferatu (the ghoulking with retinue). I played my romanians in the first game and tried out these in the second. They are just some Warhammer miniatures but were fun to play with... :)

Stay tuned for more action. Try to take actionpics next time... ;D

Cheers,
DV

Wonderful warbands all round. How many points were you playing? The French Hunters seem rather numerous.

350 BGP.

The french are not too big I think. There are henchmen in the back, so I think its just 7 activating things.

Really big where the british, with resources: 375p are tough nut to crack... :o
And that played by a guy who writes the house-rules... :D

Great stuff. I love the windmill. :-*

I have been thinking about building one for ages, they seem to crop up often in Gothic Horror films: Frankenstein (1930) Brides of Dracula (1960) and the more recent Van Helsing with Hugh Jackman. Might have to make one now lol

The windmill is from the gamingset: Dorf des Grauens.

I just planked the walls with balsawood. The wheel or how is it called an the roof, are made of plastic and very sturdy.

The french hunters include a henchmen group.

I played the british who were lead by an Expedition Leader and consisted of:
Expedition Leader
Hunter Rifle
Hunter Pistol and Sword
Holy Man
Proffessor
Expedition Member Handweapon (Axe, Mace etc DN5, can't be parried by sword, cost 5GBP)
Expedition Member Spear
Expedition Member Sword
and a dog.

We're playing slightly updated lists and the supporting characters for the humans (Prof, Scholar and Holy Man) are a bit cheaper in these.

During the game the Vampires kindly presented themselves in a group of three and I was able to throw two viles of holy water at them and got all three vampires under the blast marker.  :D

Really... any plans to update the pdf on your website? Just curious. We're fine with the way the lists are.

I'll update the .pdf when I'm through with the corrections. There are many typos and copy and paste errors in the .pdf and I needed to clarify some of the additional rules. There are very few changes to the lists, mainly adjusted GBP costs. The "Holy Man" costs 44GBP at the moment whilst a Slayer, who is the much more efficient character, costs only 43GBP.
The changes won't affect the playability of any excisting warband.
