There are different miniatures in fact : rednecks from Weswind, some moonshiners from Mega Miniatures, one Hasslefree miniature and 2 from Reaper Miniatures. The dog is from Obelisk miniatures.

At first I would say that's an unfair representation of Hillbillies.

But, having personally met (and related to) some Hillbillies, I'd say spot on!!

I love the fun and wackiness of this project.

Love the aliens. How did you make the blobs?

The Blobs are made with a simple technique : hot glue pistol.

Fist you take a pink or red bead (a large one). You glue it on the base and you pour hot glue over it. Wait a few minutes and just use a toothpike to make tentacles before the glue is totally cold.

Then a simple wash of red ink.
