Superb paintjob on some great minis!

Thanks, Anatoli!

Hooray, the Scarifiers in miniature form. Good work that man.

Thanks, inkydave!
I had to look up the Scarifyers, but when I did, it made me chuckle.  lol
Spot on!

Here are the next three members of the group, none of which were entirely my work, I must confess.
The fellas on the left and right were painted by Elysium64, excellent paintjobs, I only rebased them to fit in with the others. They were purchased on the Bazar some time ago just because I really liked them, with no idea of what I would use them for. I am glad I did!
The fella in the middle was painted by Joe5mc, another Bazar purchase. I also rebased him and did a few small alterations, adding a little more shading.

Three lovely additions to the Ministry.

And a group shot of the six members so far

I have the first four Cultists almost finished, UM variety, and hope to finish them soon.

Very, very nice painting and great to see British flavored SA models...Artizan also makes quite a few that'll fit right in.

Do you know the lines that those figures come from? Some I don't know where they are from.

I doubt it!

I thought I would post this, as it is the reason that I first heard of Strange Aeons.
It is the piece of scenery that is in the background of the first few pictures.

It is a ruined Undertakers that I had been building for my Mordheim project.
The object of the project was to make the buildings as non-Mordheim specific as possible so that I could use them for as many games as I could.
One of the comments I received when posting the pictures of it WIP was from Argonor, stating 'Mmmmm... this could also be used for Strange Aeons...'
That was the first that I had ever heard of SA, so I started hunting around, and was most interested in what I found.
So, a big 'Thank You!' to Argonor, for the tip off.

A few more pics with views from other angles

A few closer in shots

There is quite a lot of my Mordheim scenery which will be useful for Strange Aeons.
If you are interested it is on my Mordheim thread here, but I had better warn you- It is a long thread.

http://leadadventureforum.com/index.php?topic=30667.0

Those of you who do not want to spend ages going through it could just wait, as it will be seen when I post reports of our Strange Aeons campaign.

Hopr to be back soon with a few pictures of the Cultists.

Until then....

Thanks DJ!
Looking forward to playing SA on that, and some others soon.
We have our first foray into the world of SA next week, and I cant wait.

My recruitment is going quite well, two definites and at least three possibles.
The Cult is growing!  :D

Really glad someone caught on to that, it took ages for anyone to catch on when it was first posted on my Mordheim thread!  ::)

Thanks, aggro84!
There is a lot more to do yet, although a whole load of scenery that I already have is very useful for SA.
The first set up for next weeks games will involve the Undertakers and, most definitely, this Graveyard.

It is a repaint of the old GW Graveyard, painted to blend in with the sandstone colouration of most of my scenery and game board.
There is plenty more scenery that will work perfectly well for SA, several ruined buildings, a church, docks etc..
I may have to have a rethink about the Mordheim posters, though.
I do have a few ideas for more purpose built stuff, but I think a larger miniature collection should be first on the 'to do' list!....

Great painting, especially like the how you did the rotund gentleman in the jodhpurs, but the ruined undertakers is fantastic. Having just begun to make some SA specific scenery it's inspiring, though reminds me that I'll obviously have to raise my game before posting pics! Keep up the good work.

Both pieces of scenery are unbelievable...such attention to detail. Really jealous of you...I can't even build a small house without it looking extremely crappy.
