Extending Chaos In Cairo
« on: March 26, 2012, 02:58:18 PM »
So, love the fluff, rules and figures, but looking to extend it.

I bought Artizan's Renegade FFL to use in the game, then decided they really needed rifles as these chaps are nearly all pistol armed, and I thought they could be deserters, so I am looking at Artizan's WWII FFL to use.  But there would ne no serious opposition for them.  Thren I saw that Copplestone have some nice British in Wolsely helmets and that got me thinking of a back story where the French and British are posturing over the Suez Canal with the Germans stirring it covertly.  Thoughts?

I had looked at the 8th Army/Afrika korps figures but decided that it would too easily slip from Pulp into WW2.

Anyone done any work on this?

Thanks.

So, looking at my shelf, I found the .45 Adventures scenario pack Dragon Bones set inthe Gobi Desert, not difficult to reset this in the Sahara and replace Mongolians with Bedouins.

I would move to 2nd Ed. .45 Adventures, as the rules flow better. The Dinosaur Bones supplement is designed for 1st Ed.

I have 2nd edition, but I also bought all the books for the first, too.  The scenario ideas are good and don't need a lot of reworking!  :-*
