Nicely painted, well as nicely as Perry's ACW allow, but for me absolutely no character, life or dynamism. But, as I said above, it's a broad hobby so opinions are bound to differ. I'll stick with my Dixon figures, they can't be bettered in my opinion.

This is the reason I opted to purchase the 180 Dixon miniatures, I could not take my eyes off of all those wonderful different poses and actions down to the charachter vignets and all. o_o I think they add to the realism I personally like to have.

That looks like 180 random figures, that will be some unusual army, but full of character!  :o

As stated in my reply, (wonderful different poses and actions down to the charachter vignets) . I think they add to the realism I personally like to have.  Most will be used to accent the battlefield, future dioramas and vignets that I will build. Who could resist soldiers digging trenches with shovels or snipers behind debree or one of my favorites a soldier marking a battle flag with a new battle name and the list goes on just check thier web site for the diferent posses. I opted not to buy them for whole unit purposes do to the size issue ( smaller than 28mm), Hope this helps you out.

A CANADIAN local hobby store with a small selection of historical wargames miniatures (mainly from Warlords). They also have a great selection of paint and hobby accessories from Vallejo, Army painter, AK Interactive, Green Stuff World and more.; https://www.kingdomtitans.ca/us/
