Where do you get most of your bases? I like them, also what sizes etc.

http://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/Toys-Games-/220/i.html?_from=R40%7CR40&_nkw=lipped+bases

Most are 30mm, but I have some 25mm ones from a couple of sources, but Fenris Games most most sizes of bases in resin.
I bought the majority of them from Troll trader though as they had packs of 100 of all the plastic sizes.

I especially lke the guy on the left in the first picture: He's got the beard, the hat, and the fancy sword.

Yep cadian legs. That guy will have a shield once he's painted too.

Some Paint in progress freebooters Amazons... actually based for Freebooter's Fate lol.

I've loved these models for a long time so when the guys at the local club started to look into it, it didn't take much for me to spend some cash on them.

Nice work, this is pretty much how I've always imagined them. Where's the base mini from?

I second this. Great conversion.

You've done a good job with the amazons, they are very nicely painted.

Now I don't want to go around imposing gender roles on anyone, but isn't "Dryad King" something of an oxymoron?  :)

Figure looks like it will be really nice when painted up, mind.

Meh, forest lord, Woodland guardian, it's not a final name.

As per usual all the details are on my Blog though it's admittedly a bit of a trail to find this one lol.
The base mini is Dushatâr from Enigma miniatures.
There was one at Salute for £4 I was tempted but i'd rather keep him as a unique model.

Been a while, I haven't really done much in the way of hobby stuff except to transfer most of my paints into Army painter paint pots (droppers) and buy a rack for them which makes finding and organising paints sooo much easier.

i did undercoat a few things but other than that this is the only thing I have worth showing.

I FINALLY finished the last 6 terrortoise.

here's all 10 of the guys finished.
