I dunno, I think they look a lot like flora you'd see in the haunted forest of Mirkwood.
Twisted and dark and strange... Hell, I even think they'd fit perfectly in the Jackson films without anyone questioning their realism.

The trees are excellent, I wouldn't have even guessed that they could be detached from the rest of the diorama. Wonderful job, again.

Not sure I should be reading this as I got well and truely trounced in the LPL by this stunning piece, certainly no shame as this so far for me is also one of the best photo's from the LPL so far.
