Today i found the time to paint again (YEAH, YEAH  :2up ) and started with the magician stand.

More pics as always http://derfigurenschieber.blogspot.de/2012/05/15mm-hott-magician-wip-and-horde-stand.html

Model from Reaper.

Its WIP but i call it "Evil Hypnotoad" based on the hypnotoad from tv series FUTURAMA... just in ultra evil:xD:

I also finished the first horde stand:

The Toad Fellow is starting to reach the OH-SO-COOL stage...love the drool. The base is potentially the best one yet...considering the others you've done that's saying something. GREAT WORK!

the gobs on first page looks like Citadel 28mm Warhammer snotlings, aren't they ? I've got plenty of them, but I thought they were a bit tall for 15mm (comparing to my demonworld orcs, for example).

The painting and basing job stills amazing. Congrats !

This army is looking great - love the swamp theme and water effects my favourite would have to be the frog but the Hulks new setting is fantastic too.

The Little Guys look TERRIFIC. The wicker shields, the sea critter encrusted staff, & their very expressive faces are all enhance by some fine brushwork. The bases is your usual ubercool. VERY WELL DONE!

Concerning swamp gobelins, Chronopia Fallen Lands book is a great source of illustrations, especially for swamp goblins (wich we could name also "jungle gobelins") but also jungle/swamp elves.

Even if you don't play 28mm chronopia games and don't use their figures range, the (most of them) full color books are great companions for alternative fantasy enthusiasts.

@ all

thanks for very nice comments

@ sundayhero

these Goblins are not as tall as snotlings but nearly. Maybe they are 18mm?

Thanks for inspiration advises!

@ DeafNala
