A Studio Miniatures zed...

Fantastic stuff all round, as is to be expected from the OP

Many of the Studio zombies from that set and the others released around that time are pop-culture references to movies and TV and the like.  I have often wondered if the rather odd old-man-impaled-with-a-katana miniature is a reference to something that I dont know about.

Any ideas?

Finished the survivor (another Griffin model) and did better photo's of the other stuff.

I love the purple on the priest (I often have trouble painting that colour).  Would you mind sharing your recipe?

No problem. Base colour was VGC Hexed Lichen and highlighted with VGC Warlord Purple and then a little VGC Bonewhite.
