Terrain Help Needed

I am gaming in 15mm.  I want to do an east front game set in the Ukraine.  One of the main descriptions that I read is the fields and fields of sunflowers.  Any idea how to make a sunflower field in 15mm?

You're welcome.  My concern with them is how fragile they might be.  Since they are model RR Terrain they might not stand up to very much handling or travel.
