I painted up two squadrons of King James' Lifeguard for the Battle of the Boyne 1690. Here's a link to the flag I used.

rock on! im working on King charles i lifeguard for ecw myself. am i right in assuming the flag would be usable for mine? from my research the flag doesnt seem to change very much through the times.

I think not 100% but this could be used for James VI and both Charles I & II. So I can't really see why it couldn't be used for Charles I.
