This is such a wonderful project: very evocative of the Ice and Fire setting!  I can't wait to see what you come up with next.

Thank you so much!

Here we go...the bannerbearers of the next bases.

Maybe this could be Ser Jorah Mormont in full armour? A shield with the bear would also look good i guess. What do you think?

Some great WIP shots there.

Shield or not, he certainly has a lot of character.
Well done.

cool stuff incoming!! That minis is perfect for the carachter. And yes, a shield with the bear would be really appropriate.
Question: where does that head come from?

Completely passed me by last time: strings on the bows!  That's dedication.  The latest conversions look great too.

Captain Blood has done something really cool with plastic cavalry bits....[insert here the forgotten link...]

Not to detract or derail, but where are these?

Is that the chap in the series who used to be Little John in the Eighties Robin Hood with Michael Praed?

I have just stumbled across this thread, absolutely brilliant conversions and painting. I will be buying a box of Perry infantry and WF vikings at Colours tomorrow after seeing these. Jimbibbly, Clive Mantle was Little John in Robin of Sherwood, and this guy sure looks like him.

Awesome modelling HvM!  Great looking figures and a fantastic idea.

I will have to pick up some Perry Miniatures as well.  I am thinking of doing a Mordheim-style ASoIaF game and your figures will be inspiration for my conversions for sure!

Yes!  I think that would be great for Jorah in armor.  Looking forward to seeing the shield and paint.
