Finding Necromonicon pages

Is "The Problem With Dead Things" scenario the only way to find pages of the Necronomicon?  With all the attention it's given at the front of the Morbid Adventures book I thought a few more scenarios might feature it more prominently.  Naturally it IS possible that I've missed some little detail in my reading of the various scenarios...

There are six scenarios featuring Necronomicon spells:

The Problem with Dead Things - 'The Way of all Flesh'
Cave of the Serpent Lord - 'Serpent's Call'
The Crypt - 'Breath of Undying'
Sinister Spelunking - 'Cloak of the Abyss'
The Living Idol - 'Unspeakable Animation'
The Thing in the Well - 'Open Celestial Gate'

To begin with, we opted to keep the Necronomicon very flavourful and award spells directly related to the scenario in which they're found.  In the future, we may introduce more generic 'fragments', which could be discovered and then assembled into a random Necronomicon spell with varying degrees of success.  After all, you don't want to get these incantations wrong!

Thanks for the information!  Now that my Threshold has started collecting some map pieces I might try tackling one of those scenarios.
